Refund Policy

At Happy Belly Lactation, we are committed to providing high-quality lactation support and services. We understand that situations can arise that may require changes to your scheduled appointments or services, and we strive to handle such matters fairly. Please review our Refund Policy below to understand our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Consultation Fees

  • Non-Refundable: All consultation fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, we do not offer refunds for consultations, whether they are held in-person or virtually.

  • Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. We will do our best to accommodate you at a time that works better.

2. Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, you will not incur any penalty. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. This fee is to compensate for the time reserved and to ensure we can accommodate other clients.

3. No Shows

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged the full service fee. We value your time and our consultants' time, and we ask that you inform us promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment.

4. Refunds for Packages or Programs

If you purchase a package or program (e.g., multiple consultations), we do not offer refunds for unused sessions. However, if you have special circumstances that prevent you from continuing, please contact us, and we will review your case. We may, at our discretion, offer partial refunds or allow you to reschedule remaining sessions, depending on the situation.

5. Product Refunds

If you purchase products from us (soaps, nipple shields, etc.), refunds or exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a refund or exchange.

  • Return Conditions: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or personal hardship), we may, at our discretion, offer partial or full refunds, or allow rescheduling without penalty. Please contact us directly to discuss any special situations.
